SPONSORSHIP

Sponsoring us is good for your company

Here are just some of the ways that you and your company can get involved with us here at Who Needs Instructions. We have various sponsorship packages available to companies. with something for everyone at all levels, we believe.

Membership Card Sponsorship - from £800.00. Every member of the Who Needs Instructions community will own a Membership Card. These are credit card sized. The card entitles the holder to discounts and offers from various organisations around the area. This will be co-branded with your logo taking pride of place next to ours. These will be shown very frequently and are also unlikely to get replaced after a year... so that £800 could represent a lasting legacy.

Podcast Sponsorship (quarterly) - from £300.00. The podcasts are published fortnightly. Your company's name will get a credit at the beginning (during the intro), half way through the episode and again at the end too. When advertising the podcast on social media, you will get a mention every week too and be thanked for your involvement.

Breakfast Sponsorship (quarterly) - from £250.00. Your company logo will appear on all advertising materials for that event. All attendees at both of our Exeter and Cullompton events will be made aware that your company has sponsored that event. Plus, you are welcome to have a banner in place or we can add something more subtle like a table plaque instead (both will need to be provided by yourself). These breakfasts happen once a fortnight.

Walk Sponsorship (quarterly) - from £250.00 (Morning & Evening walks available separately) Your company logo will appear on all advertising materials for that event and all attendees will be made aware that your company has sponsored that event too. A male member of staff would be very welcome to join us on any of the walks to answer any questions, participants may have. These walks happen once a fortnight.

Monthly Zoom Calls (quarterly) - from £200.00. We run two Zoom calls a month exclusively for our members, which last on average 30 minutes each. Your logo will appear on the screen alongside ours, and all attendees will be made aware that your company has sponsored this event too.

Newsletter Sponsorship (quarterly) - from £150.00. Not only will you get featured as the headline sponsor, you will be welcome to contribute an article for the newsletter too. Our newsletter is currently sent to over 150 people on at least a monthly basis.

Co-branded Clothing (yearly) - £1,500.00 (with a maximum two available per year). I wear branded Who Needs Instructions clothing on a daily basis. I have sourced a high quality, local clothing provider and printing firm too. So, for all my daily meetings and frequent events, you will be co-branded alongside Who Needs Instructions and all the work that we do. Your sponsorship will help me buy polo shirts, t-shirts, jumpers and baseball caps too.

Donations – This is possibly the easiest way to get involved and support the work of Who Needs Instructions. If you’d like to make a donation, please email info@whoneedsinstructions.com to discuss.

13 Reasons Why Sponsoring An Event With “Who Needs Instructions” Can Be A Huge Positive For Your Organisation

  1. Foster a positive reputation - Perhaps one of the biggest benefits of event sponsorship is that it can strengthen your company's image and reputation. People typically enjoy supporting brands that invest in their community. By sponsoring an important cause, you can attract media attention, set your company apart from other brands and inspire loyalty.

  2. Benefit from association - You can often grow your company's positive reputation through branded marketing. When a company sponsors one of our events or our organisation as a whole, people will naturally associate your organisation as reputable and reliable. Consumers will have a higher likelihood of purchasing services or products associated with the brands sponsoring.

  3. Boost brand visibility – A sponsorship package can increase brand recognition before, during and after an event by giving your company exposure to new audiences. This often happens through mentions in the press or via social media and the event advertising.

  4. Increase return on investment - Sponsorships provide businesses with excellent exposure, which typically can result in a great return on investment.

  5. Build business relationships - Sponsoring an event can help your company engage new customers as well as the opportunity to make connections with non-competing businesses too.

  6. Expand your content strategy - Sponsorships can provide a great source of new material for a company's content strategy. By promoting your involvement in an event or activity, you can drive traffic from the event and increase your engagement too.

  7. Generate leads - Brand loyalty is largely dependent on emotional connections. By sponsoring events, you can gain exposure to prospective customers and highlight the human side of your company.

  8. Networking - When a representative of your company attends the events you sponsor, you can learn valuable information about your customers, make connections and promote your services or products.

  9. Engage niche markets - By choosing events that attract your target audience, you can ensure that you're connecting with high-quality leads that are interested in you.

  10. Showcase a service or product - Events provide a great setting for launching feature updates or new products. You can increase your traffic by promoting launches and other incentives, like giveaways, on social media before the event.

  11. Gain a competitive advantage - When you sponsor an event, you automatically gain an advantage over your absent direct competitors.

  12. Interact with prospects - In-person interactions can help you develop a connection between your company and your target audience.

  13. Corporate Social Responsibility – Although not directly linked to profit, by sponsoring an event with us, you’re increasing your CSR by association with Who Needs Instructions.
